Epic Games will host a Valentine Event of sorts in Gears of War 2, giving players bonus XP for showing how much they love their fellow man by handing out healthy doses of death and killin’.
According to the game’s fourm (thanks, beefjack), the event will last three days up to a week, and take place between February 8-14.
During the event, revives are worth double points in all game modes, Horde mode rewards double XP for each completed wave (1000 per insane wave
), and Wingman mode rewards double the normal XP. The final touches are being discussed, so there may be some changes or more goodies announced soon.
